Thomas Hassall South West Festival 2009

The GT Club had a great day today at the Thomas Hassall South West Festival. Thanks again to Nick G for the invite and I hope our display helped with the show.
This morning I pulled the XY out and headed towards the M5 to meet with the Macedon boys and Toby. We made our way to the showground and lined the cars up. It was pretty windy but the day was lovely nonetheless.
We hung around shooting the breeze checking out all the other nice rides on show, a few Holden’s around and mainly dominated but some beauties out there. Tony Maz turned up in his beautiful GS K code decked out in it's latest 72 stamped Bathurst Globes! Can I just say HOT HOT HOT!!!! I'll let the pics do the talking, but I'm now seriously considering a spoiler and globes for my XY!
Anyway Deano later joined as did Johnny who had to squeeze the kids footy match in between.
The day flew by and we had a really relaxing time. Shame that this month has so many events as this event was a great one and we'll be keen to support it next year.
Tony Maz quite deservingly picked up Sponsors Choice for South Strathfied Auto Electrical for his gorgeous GS! The wheels and latest marking on the car have just made this K code that tad bit more appealing, as if it wasn't already. Congrats Tony, Grizzly had showgoers around it all day long!
Anyway a great day and thanks to the members that attended.
